Resting in the midst of the Blackmore Vale and in the heart of Thomas Hardy's Dorset are these two charming cottages, set within 10 acres of grounds of a listed mill and enjoying the use of a pretty garden and summerhouse. The village of Fontmell Magna is a short distance away with a village shop and pub with good food.

The hilltop towns of Shaftesbury, Blandford Forum and Salisbury are within very easy reach as are the sandy beaches at Weymouth (Olympics 2012), Poole and the Jurassic coastline at Lulworth bay and Lyme Regis. The Georgian city of Bath is also only a short journey away.
